Paradaoke collects and uses information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the app and related services. We do not sell personal information.

Depending on how you use Paradaoke, we may collect:

• Account and authentication information, such as identifiers and contact information provided by sign-in services.
• User content and activity, such as prompts, lyrics, drafts, edits, song-related information, and communications with support.
• Subscription, purchase, reward, referral, and transaction information.
• Technical and service information, such as device or browser information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security or error logs.

Some information may be provided by third-party services you use with Paradaoke, such as authentication, music, subscription, payment, or other platform providers.

How We Use Information

• Provide features such as account access, lyric generation, editing, saving, playback, rewards, and support.
• Process subscriptions, purchases, rewards, and other transactions.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services.

Service Providers and Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Paradaoke, such as cloud hosting, authentication, email, subscription and payment, analytics, content, and artificial-intelligence or language-model providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our services, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

User Content and AI Services

If you use features that generate, analyze, or edit content, the relevant prompts, content, and related information may be sent to service providers that help us provide those features. Do not submit information that you do not want processed for these purposes.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services and for legitimate business, security, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or records that must be retained.

You may request account deletion through available in-app tools or by contacting us. We will delete or de-identify information as reasonably practicable, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices and Questions
